Our initial cleaning of your windows includes hand scraping the glass with glass scrapers. This helps to remove things like paint spray, bird droppings and built-up dirt. This extra step might take longer than our competition, but we know you'll be pleased with the results! We may charge extra for excessive paint removal. While we are washing your glass, we will also brush away any spider webs that are reachable. The window frame and sill will also be wiped clean. In some cases you may need a house wash for your window frames to come completely clean.

PRESSURE WASHING
This includes the pressure washing of the entire surface of your home including (siding, soffits, carport area, outside shower, window screens, heat pump, spider webs around light fixtures and deck furniture and any chemicals needed to clean mold or mildew from your siding. This is a general price for pressure washing your home and does not include decks. Decks are done separately and we can give you an estimate. You can choose to either just power wash the decks or you can power wash and seal your decks. We can customize a price to fit your general needs.
